The question I get asked the most is probably, "How long have you been teaching here?" Next is probably, "Where were you born?" I've been teaching at GHS for the past three years. I was born in Los Angeles at Cedars Sinai, and I've always lived here. I love this city and I love teaching here.
I graduated from UCLA in 1998 with a degree in French and Linguistics. I've always had a fascination with human language and I speak four. English, French, Swedish and Korean. My least favorite subject in school was probably math, I got a D in Trig.
My main hobby is music. I'm a metalhead and proud of it! Many times I've been crowd surfing and heard, "Hey, Miss!" from one of my students. My favorite bands are Metallica, Iron Maiden, Anthrax and other true metal. I also like Static-X, Powerman 5000 and Zombie. On Monday's you'll usually find me at MonsterSound at the Troubadour or at Camero at the Viper Room.
